Hace poco nos aprobaron a mi esposo y yo el prestamo para comprarnos nuestra primer casa por motivos personales ya no queremos aceptar el prestamo pero ya firmamos todos los papeles de la aprobacion, sera posible cancelar esto? Gracias

Para contestar bien tu pregunta ten en cuenta que estamos hablando de los papeles que has firmado en el proceso de aplicaciin de un prrstamo verdad? Si es ass mi respuesta es la siguiente. En mi experiencia tu no tienes ninguna obligaciin legal cuando aplicas para un prrstamo hipotecario, ahora bien si has pagados por servicios que fueron usados para pagar servicios de terceros entonces no podrrs recibir una devoluciin si ya se efectuaron los servicios. Habla con tu asistente hipotecario y commntale lo que te sucede, el entenderr.
