mi pregunta es que estoy en tramites para un short-refi y quisiera saber las ventajas y desventajas, mi casa la agarre en 582 mil y fue evaluada en solo 360 mil que hago si el banco no me aprueva.

Cuando se trata de negociar una venta corta, o como se le conoce en ingles un short sale, con el banco siempre hay que contar con la posibilidad de que la entidad financiera no acepte la propuesta. Los bancos antes de aprobar el caso hacen un estudio exhaustivo del propietario para asegurarse de que esta es la nica opciin disponible para evitar la ejecuciin hipotecaria.

Ventajas de un short-sale:

  • Te brinda la posibilidad de que elimines tu deuda con el banco sin tener que pagar la diferencia entre la venta de la casa y la deuda total.
  • Evita una ejecuciin hipotecaria o foreclosure
  • No te afecta el crrdito como lo hace un foreclosure.

Desventajas mms comunes:

  • No siempre el banco las aprueba o elimina del todo la deuda
  • Puede tomar mucho tiempo para realizarse haciendo que la transacciin sea agobiante.
  • Si no encuentras a un buen agentes de bienes raaces para que te represente podrras estar en desventajas al negociar con el banco o el comprador.
