La diferencia de una venta corta el irs o taxador me la podria cobrar porque estoy enterada pero no segura que el presidente aprobo en dicienbre del 2007 una propuesta en que no se iban a cobrar las diferencias de ventas cortas en el IRS Pero tengo duda

En efecto, hasta donde conozco, los duee├os de casa que vendan las mismas mediante una venta corta estt├n sujetos a pagar impuestos en la deuda total que se tiene con el banco y no necesariamente en cuando se vende la casa. El presidente de los Estados Unidos ha pedido al congreso que eliminen este impuesto y ass├ ayudar a los duee├os de casa que estt├n perdiendo las mismas. Para estar segura te recomiendo que consultes con tu asesor de impuestos cuando tengas que hacer tus impuestos.
