mi esposo y yo queremos entregar la casa, donde estamso viviendo porque no podemos pagarla me gustaria saber que pude pasar cuando se le diga al banco y en que no afecta. espero contesta. gracias.

  R: Que pena que estes en esa posicion, perder la casa no solo representa una perdida financiera pero ademas puede afectar el ambiente familiar. Primero contestare tu pregunta al decirte que el banco tiene el derecho legal de pedirte el dinero de vuelta despues del foreclosure. Esto significa que te pueden demandar personalmente. Por otro lado y para darte una mejor noticia te cuento que existen unos programas nuevos donde se te puede ayudar a modificar los terminos de tu hipoteca, especialmente la tasa de interes haciendo que los pagos bajen.
