Mi esposo y yo queremos saber si para comprar un apartamento o casa por foreclosures tenemos que dar un pronto

Hola Mayra,

Gracias por preferir nuestros servicios. En efecto en la mayoría de los casos donde el comprador desea financiar una casa reposeida por el banco o foreclosure este debe de dar una enganche. Pero el dar el pronto del prestamo no es porque la casa sea un foreclosure, no, es debido a que los financiamiento del 100% ya casi no aparecen. Dependiendo de donde vives podrias recibir asistencia por primer comprar y de esta forma obtener ayuda del gobierno para cubrir los gastos de cierre y el enganche.

Con gusto te ayudo a averiguar si esta ayuda es ofrecida en tu area, enviame el nombre de la ciudad y el estado donde vives y yo personalmente te conecto con el proceso correcto.
