Mr. Arce is a 10 year real estate broker veteran. Born in Cuba immigrate to the States in 1995, by 1998 he and his mother purchased their first home. Hola, si eres un comprador primerizo te aconsejo lo siguiente:

PRIMER PASO



Envienos el Formulario de Pre- Calificaciones Si usted es elegible, recibirr una solicitud y un pedido de la documentaciin apropiada para empezar el proceso de aprobacion.

SEGUNDO PASO



Someta la solicitud completa con todos los documentos solicitados.

Es primordial someter todos los documentos solicitados. Falta de hacerlo suspendera el proceso de aprobacion hasta que se entreguen todos los documentos. Este paso incluye asistir a un taller de primeros compradores de casa para ser informado del proceso de como comprar una casa. (Si existe algun costo relacionado con el taller sera rembolsado por el prestamista)

TERCER PASO



Recibo de carta de aprobacion de un prestamista autorizado por REL. Ser referido(a) a un agente ya pre-aprobado por REL.com para recibir asesoramiento en la comprar de su casa.

CUARTO PASO



Encontrar una casa que le interesa y hacer una oferta contando con el asesoramiento del agente que lo esta representando.

QUINTO PASO



Comience el proceso de escrow y solicite un reporte de la inspeccion a su vivienda. Revise el reporte con su agente para no tener dudas sobre las condiciones de la casa.

SEXTO PASO



Se hace el cierre del contrato. Felicidades, ahora ya eres un orgulloso Primer Comprador de Casa.
